Based on our expertise in logistics, AGM developed an operation to improve the movement of materials in constructions by controlling inputs, optimizing the storage and time spent on each activity, thus reducing labor costs and risks and material losses (breakdowns, loss of inventory and consumption without planning). All this control is done online through a software developed for this function.

This operation is already being used by Gafisa and covers the following activities:

  • Receiving and unloading of materials, Wi-Fi collectors with bar code, ensuring speed and accuracy in the receiving of all materials, reducing the time of this operation to 40 minutes per vehicle;

  • Storage, control and inventory of all items (materials and tools), with on-line monitoring over the Internet;

  • Pre-programmed picking and delivery of inputs in on the floors;

  • Optimization of the operation of rubble removal with tanks specially designed for handling by forklifts. This enables the removal of debris faster, reducing the labor force and workplace accidents.
    The management software is integrated with the ERP used by the client and ensures complete online control of the work schedule, besides the analysis and handling of stock in real time. The (customizable) reports issued by the system have graphs and indicators, enabling more effective strategic decisions.

AGM offers teams for each of these activities, including operators of elevators racks, and all handling equipment.
